Fresh/Soph Basketball Boys Defeat Clippers

Inside Seedorff Gymnasium, Griffin Lott (9) splits two Clipper defenders and is fouled while going for a layup. Lott scored a team high of 17 points in a 52-44 win over Clear Creek Amana in overtime.
The sophomore boys basketball team (6-11) hosted the Clear Creek Amana Clippers inside Seedorff Gymnasium on Feb. 11. Despite having four guys out due to injury, the Hawks held the lead for a majority of the game. At the end of the fourth quarter, the game was tied at 41; however, the Hawks outscored the Clippers, 11-3, in overtime to win 52-44.
