The West Delaware Rainbow Six Esports team will open up their state tournament run with a round-one matchup against Centerville High School today, Nov. 18, in Des Moines

Head coach Christian Carper assembled the team consisting of seniors Ethan Quint and Garrett Zieser and sophomores Liam Nefzger, Dillion Schlueter, and Nick Uthe. The team defeated Lone Tree High School on Nov. 3 to advance to state.

“I’m looking forward to competing at state,” Zieser said.
