Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) raised a total of $406.32 for their annual March of Dimes fundraiser.

Teachers encouraged their first-hour students to donate to this cause, which works to improve the health of mothers and babies.

With a total of $115.48, Jennie Voss’s first-hour class raised the most money, followed by Mike Mullis ($84.36) and Nate Lahr ($31.86). The winning class earned a breakfast of their choice from FBLA.

Around 30 classrooms participated in this fundraiser. Jodie Bramel, FBLA adviser, is proud of how the student body donated their own money to the March of Dimes. “I felt that it was a great turnout, and I’m happy with the amount of money we raised.”

Last year, West Delaware FBLA raised over $450.
