Post prom is a tradition that provides after prom fun for juniors and seniors who wish to attend. In order to pay for entertainment and gifts for attendees, post prom donations are essential.

“Cash donations are best,” Carrie Rausch, post prom committee member, said. “We have also received gift certificates and clothing from local businesses that are great donations as well.”

Post prom provides different activities and events for students to participate in. Rausch said, “Our post prom is very lucky to have a community that supports it.”

“It’s a drug and alcohol-free event and allows kids to have a good time,” Julie Woods, post prom committee member, said. “It’s something the kids look forward to after prom.”

The post prom committee is accepting donations until April 28, and donations can be sent to the high school office.
