How do you feel about cheer checks?

I don’t mind them, but at state duals, they get pretty intense. Most of the time we wait in line for a good 30 to 40 minutes.

How often do you practice, and what do practices consist of?

We practice every Monday from 5:30 to 6:30 and Friday from 4:15 to 5:30. We practice cheers, teach the new girls more cheers and work on form for our kicks.

What can you not live without?

Lotion for my hands and legs before cheering.

What is your funniest memory from cheer?

At state duals last year, I forgot white socks to wear when cheering and ended up wearing very noticeable blue Nike socks.
